You may not:

3. Services and Marketplace Role

  • Businesses/Appraisers list their services and may receive inquiries from clients.
  • Any contracts, fees, or services agreed upon are strictly between the client and the business. NearAppraiser.com is not a party to such agreements.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

  • Ensure the information you provide (property details, contact info, etc.) is accurate and truthful.
  • Use the Platform in good faith and not for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes.
  • Understand that estimates provided through the Platform are not legally binding until confirmed directly with a licensed appraiser.

5. Responsibilities of Businesses/Appraisers

  • Maintain accurate listings, credentials, and contact details.
  • Only provide services you are legally qualified and licensed to perform.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing appraisal and related services.

6. Fees and Payments

  • NearAppraiser.com may charge businesses subscription or listing fees.
  • Clients typically pay businesses directly for appraisal services; NearAppraiser.com is not responsible for payment disputes between clients and businesses.
  • Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the business/appraiser.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on NearAppraiser.com are provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

8. Limitations of Liability
